Job summary

Elucian Limited is seeking a Project Manager to support ERP and WMS implementation programmes across multiple sites, with responsibilities spanning planning, governance, testing, training, cutover activities and PMO initiatives.

Travel will be required across all sites. Essential: 3+ years in project management, Prince 2 certification, strong stakeholder management, and proficiency with Microsoft Office 365; ERP/WMS experience is desirable.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of proven project management experience.
• Strong organisational and planning abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to independently manage tasks and small project phases.
• Experience creating detailed project documentation (plans, business cases, reports).
• Proficiency with project management software (e.g., MS Project, Planner).
• Excellent telephone manner and client-facing experience.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365.
• Basic understanding of security and data privacy principles.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and deliver projects within objectives, timelines, and budgets.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions.
• Produce and maintain business cases, project plans, status reports, and meeting minutes.
• Coordinate with project teams, stakeholders and suppliers to ensure alignment.
• Track resources, costs, and KPIs, providing accurate reporting.
• Support risk, issue and change management processes and escalate when required.
• Contribute to PMO standards, processes and best practices.
• Manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
