Job summary

SGS is leading a major global finance transformation to implement Oracle Fusion ERP. The Transformation Management Lead will head the ERP Transformation Management Office, aligning Finance strategy with ERP design and delivery across regions.

This high-visibility role partners with Finance, GBS, IT and external vendors to standardize processes and unlock sustainable value. You will drive change management, governance, and program KPIs, shaping SGS's future operating model and finance operations

Qualifications

• 15+ years of leadership experience in Finance Transformation, ERP or large-scale programs.
• Proven success leading global ERP transformations, ideally Oracle Fusion.
• Strong expertise in Finance Target Operating Model design and implementation.
• Experience in Shared Services and Global Business Services environments.
• Track record managing multinational stakeholders and multi-country deployments.
• Deep knowledge of finance processes including R2R, P2P and O2C.

Responsibilities

• Lead the global ERP Transformation Management Office (TMO).
• Drive the Oracle Fusion transformation roadmap execution.
• Ensure alignment between ERP deployment and the Finance Target Operating Model.
• Coordinate global business, IT and external implementation partners.
• Maintain governance across all program workstreams.
• Lead governance structures and executive steering committees.
