Job summary

James Cropper is seeking an ERP Project Coordinator to support a major transformation programme. This 12-month fixed-term role involves coordinating plans, governance and stakeholder engagement to keep the programme on track and auditable.

You'll work closely with the ERP Project Manager, business stakeholders and external partners in a fast-paced environment, delivering dashboards, reports and activity tracking across the lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Experience in PMO support or project administration within a complex change or technology environment.
• Excellent organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Strong communication with technical teams, senior stakeholders and external suppliers.
• Experience maintaining project plans, governance records and reporting packs.
• Knowledge of governance, risk management, dependencies and change control.
• Proactive approach to follow up actions and keep activities moving forward.

Responsibilities

• Support management of project plans, milestones, workstreams and delivery schedules.
• Coordinate project meetings, workshops and governance forums with agendas, minutes and actions.
• Maintain logs on risks, issues, decisions, dependencies, changes and deliverables.
• Produce dashboards, reports and status updates for leaders.
• Coordinate activities across internal teams and external partners.
• Support resource planning, communications and stakeholder engagement.
• Assist with project financial administration including POs, invoices and budget tracking.
• Support readiness, testing, training, cutover and go-live activities.
