Job summary

Hearsall Community Academy in Coventry is seeking an ERP Teaching Assistant to join a supportive school team. You will work with the class teacher to deliver specified work and provide care and supervision to children/young people with special educational needs.

We require a Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent, with English and Maths GCSEs, strong behaviour management, and the ability to work independently or in a team.

Qualifications

• Relevant Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent experience.
• GCSE/Level 2 in English and Maths.
• Experience with primary-aged pupils in classroom settings.
• Strong behaviour management and ability to work independently or in a team.
