Job summary

PT Renewables seeks a Systems Business Analyst to bridge business needs and technology across ERP platforms. The role focuses on requirements, process improvement and delivering effective solutions within a hybrid work setting in the UK.

You will lead a small Systems Team, coordinate with IT and vendors, and ensure projects align with governance and security standards while driving measurable benefits across the organisation.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst, ideally with team leadership or management experience.
• Strong experience working with ERP and integrated business systems.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central is highly desirable.
• Experience gathering requirements and mapping business processes.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience working across systems support and project delivery.
• Good understanding of governance, compliance and IT controls.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Able to manage multiple priorities and work across different areas of the business.
• Experience within a manufacturing or multi-site environment would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Understand and prioritise requirements with stakeholders.
• Run workshops and translate needs into clear specifications and user stories.
• Map current and future processes and identify improvements.
• Support ERP and integrated systems, including Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and Sage X3.
• Collaborate with IT, vendors and third parties to deliver improvements.
• Lead and develop the Systems Team.
• Manage systems support, priorities and service delivery.
• Support system upgrades, integrations, testing and deployments.
• Ensure systems meet security, governance and IT controls.
• Manage the systems demand pipeline and prioritise projects.
• Support continuous improvement and drive measurable business benefits.
