Qualifications

• Experience in hands-on systems operations (ERP support or IT operations leadership).
• Knowledge of ERP landscapes and integrations.
• Strong ITSM practice across incident, problem and change management.
• Experience with monitoring, capacity planning, and disaster recovery testing.
• Familiarity with CI/CD and release management concepts.

Responsibilities

• Lead Systems Operations to protect availability and integrity of ERP.
• Combine people-first leadership with ITSM discipline.
• Own operational stability for ERP applications and manage SLAs.
• Design and maintain testing and recovery practices.
• Manage build/test/deploy pipelines to ensure predictable releases.
• Coach the Ops/DevOps team and ensure accountability.
