Job summary

XYZ Reality is seeking a Systems Engineer at our Reading facility to own the ERP replacement and scale systems across production, quality, procurement and logistics. You will lead selection, data migration, and implementation, ensuring a single system of record for stock, BOMs and traceability.

Reporting to the Procurement Manager, the role requires on-site work at least three days a week with a focus on data integrity, automation opportunities and scalable processes as the business grows.

Qualifications

Experience implementing or migrating ERP/MRP in manufacturing.
Data structures: item masters, BOMs, routings, work orders.
Data migration: extraction, cleansing, mapping, reconciliation.
Advanced Excel; SQL/Power BI a plus; UK right to work.

Responsibilities

Own the ERP replacement programme end-to-end.
Map current to target processes and data model.
Own procurement data, integrations with ERP/CRM/finance.
Implement serial-level traceability and ISO 9001 records.
Build production reporting pack: yield, stock, despatch.
Identify automation and system improvements as production scales.
