Job summary

Vivo Talent is seeking a Business Analyst to support a major ERP system migration on a contract, hybrid basis in Liverpool. You will gather requirements, map processes, and produce user stories to guide the migration and system optimisation.

You will work with stakeholders, translate technical concepts for business users, assist with UAT, training and post-implementation support, ensuring business readiness during a period of significant change.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst.
• Experience working on system migration projects.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into business-friendly language.
