Job summary

RECfinancial is recruiting a Systems Administrator to join a well-established, growing business in the Blaby area. You will maintain ERP data, support system implementations, and ensure information across the ERP is accurate and up to date, supporting procurement, manufacturing and finance functions.

The role reports to an Operational Director and involves liaising with production, procurement, finance and warehouse teams to improve processes and system efficiencies.

Qualifications

• Strong administration skills with ERP experience.
• Experience maintaining BOMs in ERP/MRP.
• Excellent numerical skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and data entry.
• Ability to prioritise workload and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain Bills of Materials (BOMs) within the ERP.
• Support procurement by maintaining supplier and product info.
• Track and reconcile Goods Received Notes (GRNs).
• Manage work orders and monitor production progress.
• Produce reports and dashboards.
• Data entry across multiple systems with high accuracy.
• Work with the new Quick Works ERP system.
• Liaise with production, procurement, finance and warehouse teams to keep data accurate.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and system efficiencies.
