Sodexo is seeking an ERP Supply Data Lead / SME for UK&I, hybrid working in Stevenage. You will govern and transform core supply data, ensuring accuracy and readiness for ERP deployment across global teams.

This role focuses on data-driven decision making, cross-functional coordination, and establishing robust data management practices within a major ERP transformation.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Data Management, Data Governance and Data Quality.
• Experience leading data activities within a large ERP or transformation programme.
• Strong understanding of data migration, mapping, cleansing, enrichment, validation and reconciliation.

ERP Supply Data Lead / SME - UK&I

Salary: Competitive

Location: Hybrid/Stevenage

Contract: 12 months FTC - Full Time

We are looking for an experienced ERP Supply Data Lead / SME to play a pivotal role in one of the most significant transformations across UK&I Supply Management.

This is an opportunity to shape how our Supply Management data is managed, governed and used for the future. As the UK&I data lead for the ERP programme, you will ensure our supplier, product and related data is accurate, trusted, well-governed and ready to support new ways of working.

With around 70% of the role focused on the ERP programme, you will be at the heart of the transformation-working across Supply Management, Procurement, IT and global teams to prepare, migrate, transform and validate critical data, while building the governance and standards needed to sustain it.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as theUK&I Supply Management Data Lead / SMEfor ERP.

What We're Looking For:

We are looking for someone who combinesstrong data expertise, business understanding and excellent stakeholder management skills.

You will ideally have:

• Proven experience inData Management, Data Governance and Data Quality.
• Experience leading data activities within alarge-scale ERP or transformation programme.
• Strong understanding of data migration, mapping, cleansing, enrichment, validation and reconciliation.
• Experience establishing and embeddingdata standards, controls, ownership and governance routines.
• Knowledge ofSupply Management, Procurement, supplier or product datais highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of data structures, data models and how data is used across business processes.
• Experience working closely withIT, business SMEs, process owners and senior stakeholders.
• Proven project/programme management skills, with the ability to build and deliver a clear data roadmap.
• Confidence operating within aglobal, multi-cultural and matrix environment.
• Excellent communication, influencing and collaboration skills, with the ability to bring different stakeholders together.
• A proactive approach to identifying data issues and drivingroot-cause resolution, rather than simply fixing symptoms.
• Strong analytical skills with ahigh level of attention to detail, accuracy and rigour.
• The ability to manage multiple priorities, work to deadlines and maintain quality in a fast-changing environment.
• Acurious, adaptable and change-oriented mindset, with the confidence to challenge existing ways of working.
• Strong organisational skills and a genuine focus oncustomer and business satisfaction.
