Formación

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Deep knowledge of IFS Apps10 and/or IFS Cloud.
• Proficiency in ERP development tools and PL/SQL coding.
• Understanding of Crystal reporting tools.
• ITIL Foundation certification in IT Service Management.
• Oracle Database 12c R2: SQL and PL/SQL Fundamentals certification or equivalent.
• Background working as an ERP Specialist within a service or maintenance environment.

Responsabilidades

• Lead IFS / ERP improvement projects and system integrations.
• Work with the business teams to build, test and deploy system upgrades and new functionality.
• Manage small to medium-sized ERP projects, delivering results on time and to standard.
• Prepare documentation for ERP processes and create progress reports for improvement initiatives.
• Configure custom ERP settings to align with changing operational requirements.
• Identify process improvement opportunities through proactive system monitoring and analysis.
• Conduct diagnostic testing to troubleshoot issues and recommend system enhancements.
• Respond to incidents and service requests by developing practical, user-friendly solutions.
• Create customised scripts and configure applications to support daily operations.
• Oversee system integrations, including developing and maintaining API connections.
• Ensure all work complies with internal policies, procedures and relevant legislation.
• Support end-users with technical guidance and training to maximise effective system usage.

We are partnering with a well-established business operating within the transport, logistics, and supply chain sector that has created a new role for an experienced ERP professional. You'll take the lead on ERP-related projects, working closely with stakeholders across the business to enhance processes, improve data integrity, and maximise the value of the ERP platform in supporting day-to-day operations and long-term growth.

Key responsibilities

• Deep technical knowledge of IFS Apps10 and/or IFS Cloud
• Proficiency in ERP development tools and PL/SQL coding
• Understanding of Crystal reporting tools
• ITIL Foundation certification in IT Service Management
• Oracle Database 12c R2: SQL and PL/SQL Fundamentals certification or equivalent
• Background working as an ERP Specialist within a service or maintenance environment
• Demonstrated experience in a multi-skilled support team setting
• Proven track record developing and managing custom ERP integrations
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field (desirable)
