Job summary

Ocho People is assisting a client in Ballymena, United Kingdom to recruit an experienced ERP Project Manager to lead large-scale enterprise system implementations. The role focuses on delivering full lifecycle ERP programmes from planning through post-go-live support.

You will manage Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations or Dynamics AX, coordinate cross-functional teams, manage data migration and integrations, and communicate with senior stakeholders to ensure governance and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 5-7+ years' experience delivering IT or enterprise systems projects.
• Proven track record delivering complex ERP implementations.
• Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 or similar ERP platforms.
• Solid understanding of finance, supply chain, manufacturing, and operations processes.
• Experience managing integrations, data migration, and multi-vendor environments.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
• Structured, analytical, and detail-oriented approach to delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end ERP project delivery across planning, design, implementation, testing, and support.
• Manage Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations or Dynamics AX implementations.
• Oversee project plans, timelines, RAID logs, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and third-party implementation partners.
• Drive data migration, system integration, and overall programme execution.
• Engage with senior stakeholders and translate business requirements into delivery outcomes.
• Ensure strong governance, reporting, and continuous improvement across projects.
