Job summary

Harvey Nash is seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 Project Manager to lead delivery of ERP, CRM and Field Service implementations across the business. This hands-on role requires close collaboration with stakeholders, technical teams and partners to ensure successful delivery and adoption of new systems.

You will drive workshops, requirements gathering, governance, testing and change management, and you will oversee delivery from scoping to go-live.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and/or Field Service implementations.
• Strong background in ERP, CRM or business systems transformation projects.
• Ability to engage confidently with stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience managing third-party suppliers and delivery partners.
• Strong understanding of project governance, risk management and project controls.
• Hands-on approach with the ability to drive delivery rather than simply oversee it.
• Experience running workshops, requirements gathering and UAT.

We're looking for an experienced Dynamics 365 Project Manager to lead the delivery of business-critical technology transformation projects across ERP, CRM and Field Service platforms.

This is an opportunity for a hands-on delivery professional who enjoys getting close to the detail. You'll play a key role in shaping, implementing and embedding business systems, working closely with stakeholders, technical teams and third-party partners to ensure solutions are successfully delivered and adopted across the organisation.

The current environment includes Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Field Service, making previous Dynamics experience highly desirable. However, this role is focused on broader implementation expertise and will suit someone who can successfully deliver complex business systems projects across a range of business applications.

The Role
