Job summary

Oxford Policy Management is seeking a Financial Systems, Process & Data Specialist to oversee financial data and systems using Dynamics 365 with a focus on Finance & Operations and Project Management Accounting.

You will collaborate with IT and Finance teams, design and test new processes, improve data quality, and provide training and reporting using Power BI. The role offers visibility and opportunities to influence global finance systems within a hybrid UK framework.

Qualifications

• Experience with ERP administration and optimisation across the full finance system lifecycle.
• Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and Power BI.
• Qualified accountant (CIMA or ACCA) or qualified by experience.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Clear communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Continuously assess and improve financial processes inside D365 and beyond.
• Lead data quality improvements and document business and system processes.
• Design, test and implement system enhancements with IT.
• Prepare financial reports using D365 and Power BI for internal/external use.
• Provide training and day‑to‑day support to finance teams and project staff.
