Job summary

Andrews Recruitment Group is seeking a proactive Production Planning & ERP Coordinator to support the smooth flow of customer orders into production within a busy manufacturing environment. You will manage ERP data, coordinate planning activities, monitor priorities, and release Manufacturing Orders while processing customer orders and producing confirmations.

Are you experienced in production planning, manufacturing administration or ERP coordination?

We are recruiting for a proactive Production Planning & ERP Coordinator to support the smooth flow of customer orders into production within a busy manufacturing environment.

This role combines ERP administration, manufacturing order preparation, production planning and customer order coordination.

The Role

• Prepare and maintain item and production data within the ERP system
• Coordinate production-planning activities
• Monitor priorities and production requirements
• Create, review and release Manufacturing Orders
• Process customer orders
• Produce accurate order confirmations
• Maintain accurate ERP records
• Support ERP and planning issue resolution
• Communicate delivery information to customers
• Work closely with internal production and operational teams
• Support continuous improvement of planning and ERP processes

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience within a manufacturing or production environment
• Experience using manufacturing ERP systems
• Understanding of production planning principles
• Familiarity with manufacturing orders

Experience with inventory management, operational coordination or continuous improvement would be advantageous.
