Job summary

Nuclear Inst is seeking a Payroll Administrator to join our team and ensure accurate, timely payroll processing across multiple systems. You will support employees, managers and stakeholders, and help move payroll into a new ERP environment.

The role requires strong data management, confidentiality and excellent customer service, with experience in payroll systems and Microsoft Office preferred. A CIPD qualification is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Strong payroll knowledge and data accuracy are essential.
• Experience handling confidential information with discretion.
• Proficiency with payroll/HR systems and Microsoft Office is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Process payroll data accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain employee data across multiple systems.
• Support payroll queries from employees and managers.
• Assist in ERP migration to move payroll processes to a new system.
• Support Reward Benefits and flexible benefits administration.
