About the Role
We are on the lookout for an ERP Oracle Fusion Business Change Manager to join an award-winning ERP Team for a national Law Enforcement organisation on a contract basis!
Contract: 6 Months Rolling
Hybrid Working: 1 Day per week on-site in Oxford
SC or NPPV3 Vetting: advantageous
Your Responsibilities:
- Manage Forward Schedule of Change.
- Work closely in a Business Change Team.
- Manage the planning, testing, and implementation of change requests.
- Liaise with BPSS Delivery Manager (DM) on environments and clones required for change request development and testing.
- Ensure compliance with security practices, guidelines, and standards.
- Engage with business areas to understand business challenges; work with DM, Namos, and Oracle to scope, cost, and implement solutions to meet challenges and deliver service improvements.
- Support the HoSS&D with creating business cases with relevant business areas for system-driven improvements and investments for presentation to the management board for review and approval.
- Support DM with problem management resolution through system enhancements.
- Maintain training needs of direct reports to ensure change management knowledge increases within the team to allow a reduction in support required from 3rd party service providers, reporting this to the HoSS&D for inclusion in overall teams training requirements.
- Oversee and implement system learning strategies.
Your Experience:
- Years of experience working on Oracle ERP projects in a Senior Management position.
- Experience working with the Delivery Team/Delivery Managers.
- Ideally a background as a Business Change Manager.
- Experience working with BPSS Systems is preferable.
- ITIL Qualification is preferable.
- Background in the Policing or Public sector is an advantage.
