Job summary

Unknown company in the UK seeks an ERP & IT Systems Manager to own core business systems and wide IT infrastructure. The role combines ERP ownership, business systems management and hands-on IT duties within a small to medium-sized business.

Qualifications

Proven ERP administration including configuration, user management and reporting.
Experience managing IT infrastructure in a small/SME environment.
Strong troubleshooting across ERP, software, hardware and networks.

Responsibilities

Own the ERP system: configuration, user management, permissions and master data.
Provide day-to-day support across Finance, Operations, Procurement and other departments.
Develop and maintain SOPs and documentation for ERP processes.
Liaise with ERP partners for support, upgrades and licensing.
Develop management reports and dashboards with data accuracy.
Assist with ERP upgrades, integrations and new module implementations.
Oversee IT infrastructure: networks, servers, endpoints, 365 and business apps.
Maintain IT documentation, licences, suppliers and contracts.
