Job summary

Adria Solutions Ltd. seeks an IT Systems Manager (ERP) to own the core ERP platform and oversee the wider IT infrastructure in a hands-on SME environment. You will act as the internal SME for the Intact X Line ERP, while managing day-to-day IT ops.

The role requires ERP experience, strong IT skills across networks, 365, documentation, and a proactive, autonomous approach to drive process improvements and automation.

Qualifications

• Proven ERP administration experience with configuration, users and reporting.
• Experience managing IT infrastructure in a SME.
• Strong troubleshooting across ERP, software, hardware, networking & IT.
• Excellent data integrity, process documentation & governance.

Responsibilities

• Own the ERP system (Intact X Line): configuration, users, permissions & master data.
• Provide day-to-day user support across Finance, Ops, Procurement & other depts.
• Develop and maintain SOPs and system documentation.
• Lead ERP upgrades, integrations and new modules.
• Create and maintain management reports and dashboards.
