Job summary

KDR Talent Solutions Ltd is seeking an ERP & IT Systems Manager in the West Midlands to own the core ERP platform and oversee the wider IT estate.

You'll work hands-on, manage users and master data, troubleshoot issues, drive process improvements, and coordinate with external IT partners to modernise the systems environment for a growing SME.

Experience in distribution or manufacturing contexts and strong problem-solving are valued, with autonomy to shape IT strategy.

Qualifications

• Hands-on ERP administration and support experience.
• Broad IT infrastructure knowledge including endpoints, networks, servers.
• Experience troubleshooting ERP and IT issues and supporting non-technical users.
• Understanding of sales, stock, purchasing, finance or invoicing processes.
• Experience working with external IT suppliers or MSPs.

Responsibilities

• Owning and supporting ERP platform day to day.
• Managing users, permissions, configuration and master data.
• Troubleshooting ERP and IT issues across the business.
• Improving processes, reporting, workflows and system documentation.
• Supporting ERP upgrades, integrations and future improvement projects.
• Taking ownership of the wider IT estate including endpoints, networks, servers and business applications.
• Managing relationships with external IT and ERP providers.
• Supporting users across the business and providing training where required.
• Helping shape and deliver improvements to an IT environment with plenty of scope for modernisation.
