Qualifications

• Experience delivering ERP implementations from initiation to go-live.
• Proven ability to gather and translate business requirements into system configurations.
• Strong risk management discipline and ability to manage scope, timeline and budget.

Responsibilities

• Architect, coordinate, and manage project plans between customer and ECI resources.
• Define and confirm scope, schedule, and budget with customers.
• Serve as single point of contact, maintain clear communication with stakeholders.
• Create project plans using templated tools outlining goals, milestones, governance, and timelines.
• Manage resources, budget, and funding requests to drive execution.
• Review SOWs to understand service deliverables and ensure alignment.
