Job summary

McLaren Racing Ltd. is seeking a Finance Business Partner to support the ERP programme, representing Finance across design, build and deployment. You will translate business needs into ERP processes, reporting and controls in partnership with the implementation partner.

You will bridge Finance, Operations, Technology and the Systems Integrator to drive standardisation, readiness and benefits realisation across the organisation.

Qualifications

• Good understanding of ERP processes and system capability.
• Strong knowledge of finance processes (R2R, P2P, O2C).
• Experience in product ownership, business analysis, or ERP governance.
• Comfort in a sprint environment with changing priorities.
• Exceptional internal business partner and stakeholder engagement.
• Ability to translate business needs into system requirements.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Commercially aware, able to connect platform decisions to business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary finance representative for designated business functions and workstreams.
• Build relationships across Finance, Operations, Procurement, Commercial, Technology and People.
• Gather and validate business requirements and translate into ERP design.
• Drive adoption of new processes and ways of working.
• Support test planning, demonstrations and cutover activities.
