Job summary

McLaren Racing Finance is seeking a Finance Business Partner to represent the needs of operations and functional stakeholders throughout the ERP design, build and deployment. You will translate business requirements into ERP processes, reporting and controls in collaboration with the implementation partner.

• Strong understanding of finance processes (R2R, P2P, O2C) and ERP governance.
• Experience in product ownership, business analysis, or ERP governance.
• Ability to translate business needs into system requirements.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Comfort working in a sprint environment with changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary finance representative for designated workstreams.
• Collaborate with Finance, Operations, Procurement, Technology and People teams.
• Capture and validate business requirements and support fit-gap assessments.
• Support change impact assessments, training design and user adoption.
• Coordinate testing activities and support go-live readiness.
