Job summary

McLaren Racing is seeking a Finance Business Partner to represent finance needs across the ERP programme, coordinating with stakeholders from Finance, Operations, Technology and the Systems Integrator to deliver end-to-end ERP processes and reporting.

The role will drive standardisation, business readiness and benefits realisation, balancing governance with practical implementation across diverse sprints.

Qualifications

• Good understanding of finance processes (R2R, P2P, O2C) and accounting principles.
• Experience in product ownership, business analysis, or ERP governance.
• Comfort in working in a sprint environment with changing tasks and priorities.
• Exceptional internal business partner with strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Act as a primary finance representative for designated business functions and workstreams.
• Build relationships with stakeholders across Finance, Operations, Procurement, Commercial, Technology and People teams.
• Understand challenges, reporting requirements and processes; reflect them in ERP design.
