Job summary

Une entreprise dynamique recherche un Change Manager expérimenté pour déployer et adopter un ERP à travers plusieurs unités commerciales en Europe. Le candidat idéal aura une expérience dans la gestion du changement pour les programmes ERP, et être capable de mener les parties prenantes grâce à une communication claire et efficace. Le rôle implique la conception de programmes de formation, la gestion des résistances et l'accompagnement post-implémentation pour améliorer l'utilisation de l'ERP.

Qualifications

• Expérience avérée dans la gestion de changements dans de grands programmes ERP, idéalement Microsoft D365 F&O.
• Bonne compréhension des principes ADKAR et autres cadres de gestion du changement.
• Aptitude à concevoir et livrer des formations et à construire des capacités internes de changement.

Responsibilities

• Diriger la planification et l'exécution de la gestion du changement pour l'implémentation ERP au sein d'emplacements européens.
• Concevoir et déployer des communications, des formations et des plans d'engagement pour soutenir la transition.
• Mener des évaluations de préparation au changement et traduire les résultats en plans d'action.

We’re looking for a seasoned Change Manager to ensure the successful deployment and adoption of an ERP across multiple business units throughout Europe.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead change management planning and execution for the ERP implementation across European locations.
• Use ADKAR principles to drive user adoption, manage resistance, and embed new ways of working.
• Design and roll out communications, training, and engagement plans to support the transition.
• Partner with project teams, leadership, and end-users to assess change impacts and deliver smooth organisational transitions.
• Conduct change readiness assessments and translate findings into actionable plans.
• Define and track KPIs to monitor adoption, identify gaps, and measure change success.
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops, deliver training sessions, and provide hands-on coaching as needed.
• Proactively identify and mitigate risks that may impact adoption or engagement.
• Offer post-implementation support and contribute to continuous improvement of ERP utilisation across the business.

What You’ll Bring:

• Proven experience managing change in large ERP programmes, ideally involving Microsoft D365 F&O.
• Strong understanding of ADKAR and other recognised change management frameworks.
• A history of leading change in large, global or multi-site organisations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across all levels of the business.
• Experience working within cross-functional and multicultural environments.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to turn insights into practical actions.
• Skilled in designing and delivering training programmes and building internal change capability.
