The Team

This is a unique opportunity to develop a global management consulting capability in the ERP and Microsoft Dynamics space, collaborating with a world-class Microsoft technology services team known for value delivery and client service excellence.

About Your Role

We need ambitious consultants to support our clients in optimizing and transforming their operations to enhance insight, efficiency, and strategic enablement. You will join a new management consulting team that combines extensive ERP transformation experience with deep industry knowledge and strong Microsoft Dynamics ERP platform skills.

Your responsibilities include selling and delivering ERP transformation projects, from strategic assessments to Microsoft Dynamics implementations, shaping and delivering client outcomes, and providing expert advice on operational optimizations.

You will work across sectors such as life sciences, industrial products, consumer goods, financial services, media, and telecommunications, with deeper expertise in specific sectors. Your industry knowledge will support applying operating model optimizations using Microsoft Dynamics and staying updated on industry trends to train and coach colleagues, building broader consulting capabilities.

Building and maintaining client relationships is key to establishing trust and enabling their strategies. You will also drive high performance within our team and foster entrepreneurial collaboration across Infosys to meet client needs and business growth objectives.

Requirements

• 7-20 years of Microsoft Dynamics advisory experience (all levels considered)
• Minimum 5 years of consulting experience
• Relevant ERP and Microsoft Dynamics advisory experience across roles such as:
• Business development and bid response
• Business analysis and scope definition
• Process design in sales, service, marketing, and commerce
• Use case development and experience design
• Solution and architecture design
• Project management and agile delivery

Strong industry skills in sectors like Health and Life Sciences, Insurance, Banking, Consumer Goods, or Manufacturing are preferred. Candidates should demonstrate stakeholder management, problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills, with proficiency in the official language(s) and English (C2 level). Willingness to travel is also required.
