This is a unique opportunity to build a global management consulting capability in the Process Automation and ServiceNow space with the advantage of collaborating with a world-class ServiceNow technology services capability that is renowned for its value delivery and commitment to client service.
We will assemble a diverse team of practitioners who provide expert functional and industry-specific advice while leveraging the innovation of the ServiceNow platform. Our goal is to reinvent partnership with ServiceNow and deliver real differentiation for our clients. This role is suited for pioneers and change agents who challenge norms and pursue value for clients and our business.
About your role
We seek ambitious consultants to support our clients in optimizing and transforming critical business workflows to enhance experience, manage risk, and streamline operations.
You will join a new management consulting team that combines broad process automation and transformation experience with deep industry insight and exceptional ServiceNow platform skills.
Our team will sell and deliver projects ranging from strategic assessments to ServiceNow implementations, shaping and delivering business outcomes. You will advise on optimizations across vital business functions.
You will work across sectors including life sciences, industrial products, consumer business, financial services, media, and telecommunications, with deeper expertise in specific sectors. You will support projects applying operating model optimizations using the ServiceNow platform, stay updated on industry trends, and train colleagues.
You will grow and maintain client relationships to become their trusted advisor, helping them achieve their strategy from operating models to enablement. Additionally, you will foster high performance and entrepreneurial collaboration across Infosys to meet client needs and growth objectives.
Requirements
7-20 years of ServiceNow advisory experience (we are recruiting at all levels).
Minimum 5 years of consulting experience.
Relevant Customer and ServiceNow advisory experience across various roles:
Strong industry skills in sectors like Health and Life Sciences, Insurance, Banking, and Consumer Goods.
Proven skills in stakeholder management, problem-solving, communication, and presentation.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in the country’s official language(s) and English (C2 proficiency), with willingness to travel.
