LondonEnergy Ltd is undertaking a major transformation as it moves from its Energy from Waste facility to a new Energy Recovery Facility (ERF). We seek an experienced communications and engagement professional to lead the people-focused change strategy for this programme, working with HR and programme leaders to help colleagues understand the change and feel involved in the transition.

Qualifikationen

• Significant experience leading communications, employee engagement or organisational change within a complex programme.
• Experience supporting a major transformation or transition in a large organisation.

Aufgaben

• Develop and deliver a change, communications and engagement strategy for the ERF transition.
• Plan timely, accurate, engaging communications aligned with milestones and priorities.
• Organise workshops, listening sessions and employee forums to gather feedback.
• Equip leaders with briefs, FAQs and toolkits to explain changes clearly.
• Support consultation with Trade Union representatives and employee forums.
• Monitor understanding, sentiment and barriers to change, recommending actions.
• Collaborate to track engagement, report progress and risks.
