Job summary

Currys is recruiting an ER Specialist in London for a 12-month fixed term contract. Based on a hybrid model at the Waterloo campus, you will advise on complex ER matters, support tribunal processes, and drive continuous improvement across People functions.

You will partner with People Business Partners and Legal to deliver expert guidance, manage high-risk cases, and coach managers on best practices in employee relations.

Qualifications

• Solid ER technical experience with strong working knowledge of UK employment law & tribunal procedure.
• Hands-on experience advising across the full range of ER case types.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of complex and high-risk ER cases with expert, risk-aware advice.
• Support our triage framework by conducting initial case assessments.
• Manage compliance data from Right to Work and sponsorship tracking to data subject requests.
• Help prepare Employment Tribunal cases alongside the Complex Case Manager and Legal team.
• Spot patterns across your caseload and share learnings with the wider ER team.
• Feedback on the quality of our outsourced service provider and drive improvements.
• Build strong working relationships with People Business Partners and managers.
• Coach managers through cases and run debriefs to improve handling of future issues.
• Handle day-to-day administrative tasks to keep ER services running smoothly.
