Job summary

Medway NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an Associate Resolutions Business Partner to lead complex employee relations investigations and drive structured resolutions within the Corporate Care Group. The role involves overseeing a team of investigators while ensuring fair, compliant processes.

You will deliver resolution options including facilitated meetings and mediation, contributing to a culture of trust. Salary is £49,387–£56,515 per annum pro rata, Band 7.

Qualifications

• Master Degree or equivalent
• Fully CIPD qualified, level 7 or above
• Mediation/Facilitation skills and qualification
• Knowledge of Employment Law
• Best Practice Employee Relations
• MHPS knowledge and experience
• Experience undertaking ER Investigations
• Experience in ER, investigations or conflict resolution
• Experience report writing and presenting to others

Responsibilities

• Undertake complex employment investigations including conduct, performance, right to work, fraud and grievance matters
• Manage the investigation process from receipt of concerns through hearings and tribunals where required
• Apply mediation and facilitated conversations to resolve staff concerns
• Provide subject matter expertise to Case Managers and resolution investigators
• Ensure timely completion of investigations in line with Trust policies
• Collaborate with clinical or specialist colleagues to support findings
• Provide guidance to Case Managers on findings, recommendations and actions
• Support Hearing Panel Chairs under HR processes for investigations
