Job summary

LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a leading international professional services organisation to recruit an HR Advisor for a 9-month FTC in London. You will provide operational and advisory HR support across multiple business areas, collaborating with HR Business Partners and specialists.

This role focuses on employee lifecycle activities, policy guidance, reporting, and HR projects, with a strong emphasis on stakeholder management and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience as HR Advisor or HR Generalist.
• Solid knowledge of HR processes and policies.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience supporting managers and employees across HR matters.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Continuous improvement mindset and collaborative approach.
• CIPD qualification or progress towards qualification desirable.

Responsibilities

• Manage employee lifecycle activities including onboarding, offboarding, parental leave, internal moves and secondments.
• Prepare HR updates and communications for leaders and teams.
• Provide guidance on HR policies, procedures and best practice.
• Support reporting requirements and analyse HR data for insights.
• Review employee documentation for accuracy and compliance.
• Support employee engagement initiatives and action plans.
• Assist with talent, performance and remuneration review processes.
• Contribute to HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with early careers and talent teams to support graduate programmes.
• Manage sickness absence processes and occupational health referrals.
• Assist with employee relations processes including investigations and disciplinary matters.
