Job summary

QinetiQ Group plc is seeking an Employee Services - Employer Relations Specialist for its Farnborough site. The role provides expert ER guidance to managers, handling investigations, disciplinary actions, grievances and performance issues while promoting a positive workplace culture.

The successful candidate will coach managers, collaborate with Legal and People Partners, and lead continuous improvement on ER processes. On-site presence is required at least 3 days a week across UK sites.

Qualifications

• Minimum CIPD Level 5 qualification or equivalent HR experience.
• Experience in managing high volumes of complex ER caseloads.
• Ability to upskill managers and mentor junior team members.
• Experience working in complex organisations or with advanced technologies.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely ER advice to managers to manage cases with appropriate risk.
• Coach and upskill functional managers to build ER capability.
• Collaborate with People Partners, Advisors and Legal to resolve complex cases.
• Identify trends and design upskilling sessions for managers.
• Maintain up-to-date records and ensure timely responses.
