Role requires evaluating policies, supporting change projects, and ensuring compliance with legislation. 37 hours weekly at Farnborough, with a strong focus on stakeholder collaboration.

Qualifications

• Expertise in UK employment law and HR best practices.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building with senior leaders.
• Proven experience managing complex employee relations cases.
• Analytical and commercially aware with people data insights.
• Degree-qualified in a relevant field.

Responsibilities

• Lead resolution of complex employee relations cases with risk management.
• Coach managers to build leadership capability and drive cultural change.
• Drive People projects and organisational change initiatives.
• Support annual People processes: performance reviews, pay, progression, talent management.
• Collaborate across the People function to standardize policies and improve employee experience.
• Communicate policies ensuring compliance and stakeholder engagement.
