Job summary

Vestd is recruiting an Equity Consultant to join the Growth team on a remote-first basis within the UK. You will engage founders and senior leaders in consultative sales, explain how equity strategies can benefit their business, and guide opportunities from discovery to close.

You will build knowledge of share schemes and equity management, manage your pipeline with Marketing and SDR support, and work with Customer Success to ensure smooth handovers after the sale.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in B2B sales with founders or C-level stakeholders.
• Consultative selling approach focusing on customer situation rather than a standard pitch.
• Confident communication with senior decision-makers: written, verbal and in presentations.
• Demonstrates genuine curiosity about equity and share schemes.
• Experience with sales software or CRM.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery, demo and close conversations with founders and C-level executives.
• Own and manage your pipeline and forecast.
• Pursue new opportunities with Marketing and the SDR team.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Customer Success and the Partner Manager.
• Develop deep product knowledge of share schemes and Vestd platform.
