Job summary

TVS SCS in Bristol is seeking an Equipment Project Manager to lead projects through the CADMID lifecycle, delivering an effective equipment management plan for the Inventory & Equipment Management team.

You will be responsible for trials, spend planning, and global stakeholder engagement with Senior Military positions and suppliers. APM/PRINCE2 qualification and strong MS Office skills are essential; a hybrid working structure is offered along with a competitive package.

Qualifications

• PM qualification, preferably APM or PRINCE 2.
• Proven track record delivering successful projects.
• Understanding of business and commercial processes is advantageous.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Project, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Lead projects over their life cycle (CADMID), ensuring objectives, benefits, time, cost and quality.
• Lead trials and testing of equipment, including Air Worthiness, Environmental and underwater testing.
• Prioritise and plan delivery of allocated projects from Programme of Works.
• Manage spend allocation to enable project success within MoD budgets.
• Engage with Senior Military stakeholders, equipment suppliers and manufacturers globally; develop stakeholder plans.
• Maintain equipment and consumable technical details in the internal IT system (Msys.PDM).
• Produce and maintain user documents (AESPs) for Medical, Dental and Veterinary equipment.
• Produce project documents such as PM Plans, Risk Assessments and Business Cases.
• Deliver project briefs to Stakeholders and Directors during Contract Approval Board (CAB).
