We Manage Jobs(WMJobs) is seeking an Equipment Maintenance Technician at Joint Prevention Stores, Dolton Way, Tipton. The role involves servicing and maintaining community equipment, inspecting, testing, and repairing to ensure safety and reliability for service users.
Working on a rota with weekend shifts every six weeks, you will record maintenance electronically, collaborate with the team, and support recycling and refurbishment to maximise value and sustainability.

Grade/Salary: Band D, SCP 9-17: £27,254- £31,022 per annum
Contract Type: Permanent
Hours: 37 hours per week (service operates 7 days a week, including Bank Holidays). Successful candidates will work on a rota basis, including one weekend every six weeks.

Working as part of a dedicated team, you will help people remain independent in their own homes by providing high-quality maintenance, servicing, testing and repair of community equipment and assistive technology.
Key responsibilities include:
Mechanical, engineering, maintenance or technical service experience.
Experience carrying out planned preventative maintenance programmes.
Experience working with mobility equipment, healthcare equipment, assistive technology or similar products.
