Job summary

Brandon Hire Station is seeking a Driver/Branch Assistant to perform daily deliveries and collections, then return to base to support the branch team. You will showcase strong customer service, operate company vehicles, and assist with on-site equipment handling.

The role requires multi-drop driving experience, a good knowledge of the local area, and a proactive approach to safety and learning about machinery.

Qualifications

Multi-drop driving experience required with good knowledge of the area.
Excellent customer service skills throughout interactions with customers.
Basic understanding of equipment operation and willingness to learn.
Full UK driving licence is essential.

Responsibilities

Carry out all deliveries and collections as allocated by your line manager.
Provide clear, confident demonstrations of equipment to customers when required.
Display professional customer service on site, in transit, and while driving the company vehicle.
Ensure equipment is stored safely and correctly in branch and during transit.
Assist with any other ad hoc duties within the branch.
