Job summary

Brandon Hire Station, part of Vp plc, is seeking a Driver/Branch Assistant in the Birmingham area. You will perform deliveries and collections, demonstrate equipment to customers, and maintain professional customer service while on the road and in the branch.

The role involves being out on multi-drop routes, using your knowledge of the area, and applying basic safety practices. A full UK driving licence is essential and there are development opportunities within the branch network.

Qualifications

• Multi-drop driving experience with knowledge of the local area.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to engage with customers.
• Basic understanding of machinery or willingness to learn more about equipment.

Responsibilities

• Carry out all deliveries and collections as allocated by your line manager.
• Give clear and confident demonstrations of equipment to customers when required.
• Display professional customer service on site and while driving the company vehicle.
