Join the Windsor Forest Colleges Group as a part-time Equine Events Lead, working 20 hours per week over 44 weeks per year. Please note weekend hours are required when events are scheduled.
As an Equine Events Lead at BCA, you will be responsible for planning, organising, and running equine events that meet the needs of the equestrian community. This role involves developing and managing high-quality equine events, ensuring all activities comply with college requirements and specific event regulations, and maintaining a safe and efficient environment.
You will collaborate with learners to provide hands-on event management experience, helping them develop essential skills. The ideal candidate will have recent experience working within the equine industry, knowledge of British equine competitions, and effective communication skills with a diverse range of stakeholders.
