Join the Windsor Forest Colleges Group as a part-time Equine Events Lead, working 20 hours per week over 44 weeks per year. Please note weekend hours are required when events are scheduled.
As an Equine Events Lead at BCA, you will be responsible for planning, organising, and running equine events that meet the needs of the equestrian community. This role involves developing and managing high-quality equine events, ensuring all activities meet college requirements and specific event regulations, as well as maintaining a safe and efficient environment.
You will collaborate with learners to provide hands-on event management experience, helping them develop essential skills. The ideal candidate will have recent experience working within the equine industry, knowledge of British equine competitions, and the ability to communicate effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders. This part-time position offers a great opportunity to foster an inclusive and supportive environment while promoting the welfare and discipline of students at our college.
