Job summary

Riding for the Disabled Association (RDA) is seeking an Activities and Coaching Operations Coordinator to join the team at our national office in Warwickshire. You will help coordinate riding, carriage driving, vaulting and related activities, ensuring safe, compliant delivery and high-quality coaching processes.

The role involves admin, guidance material development, and collaboration with volunteers and coaches across the RDA network.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating activities, events, training, or programmes
• Excellent organisational skills with high attention to detail
• Strong verbal and written communication; customer support experience
• Ability to build relationships with volunteers, coaches and stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Coordinate specialist activities (e.g., carriage driving, vaulting) and related resources
• Act as first point of contact for activity inquiries from groups, volunteers and coaches
• Provide meeting administration, guidance materials and documentation updates
• Support compliance, coaching administration, training pathways and QA processes
• Assist with budget, event administration and development of online resources
