Job summary

Coworth Park is seeking an Assistant Equestrian Manager to lead a dedicated team and ensure exceptional guest experiences with our horses and stables. You will oversee daily yard duties, horse care, and rider safety, while promoting hotel services to guests.

The role requires strong equestrian knowledge, team supervision, and a customer-focused approach within a luxury hotel setting. Live-out accommodation and a supportive learning environment are provided.

Qualifications

• Good equestrian knowledge is essential.
• Experience in teaching and supervising a team is desirable.
• Customer service skills for guest interaction.
• Computer literacy and able to manage yard operations.

Responsibilities

• Assist management of the team to ensure duties are undertaken.
• Care for stables, horses, and equipment; exercise horses daily.
• Greet guests, fit safety equipment, and promote hotel services.
• Teach guests and local clients about ponies and horses with safety in mind.
