Four Seasons Hampshire is seeking a friendly Equestrian Assistant to join a permanent team. You will support daily horse care, welfare, and client service across the yard in a rural setting near London.

The role requires flexibility for early mornings, evenings, weekends and bank holidays; previous equestrian experience is desirable but not essential. Training and career development opportunities available.

Qualifications

• Desirable: previous equestrian or yard experience.
• Passion for horses and welfare.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Care for horses: feeding, watering, grooming, mucking out.
• Prepare horses for riding and turnout.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of stables and yard.
• Assist with riding preparation and tacking up.
• Support staff and clients with a positive attitude.
