Job summary

Wellington Riding is seeking an enthusiastic Part-Time Education Coach to support the delivery of high-quality equestrian education and training. You will work within the Education Team to plan and coach ridden and stable management sessions for local school groups and deliver BHS Challenge Awards.

Candidate must hold BHS Stage 3 Complete and have a passion for developing riders and learners. Right to Work in the UK is required; sponsorship is not available for this role.

Qualifications

• Must hold BHS Stage 3 Complete.
• First Aid training helpful but not essential.
• Safeguarding certificate helpful but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Support the Education Team delivering BHS training sessions.
• Plan and coach educational ridden and stable management sessions for local school groups.
• Deliver BHS Challenge Awards.
• Promote Wellington Riding as a centre of excellence.
• Provide high-quality group and private lessons.
• Establish a regular client base of children and adults.
