Job summary

Northern Lincolnshire and Goole NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an Information and Systems Trainer on a fixed-term basis until March 2028. The post supports the Electronic Patient Record (EPR) and will involve delivering IT training across Trust sites and local communities.

You will develop training programmes with the Systems Implementation Manager, promote e-learning, and ensure data quality and protection training. Travel across sites is required; base location to be agreed.

Qualifications

• Experience within an IT Training Department or support role.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office apps (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Teams).
• Understanding of Windows applications and IT/system environments.
• Experience working in the NHS.
• Experience in training, coaching or mentoring.
• Ability to work in a change environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver training courses and programmes in conjunction with the Systems Implementation Manager.
• Identify training needs and ensure they are met across the Trust.
• Develop and deliver training and education programmes, including e-Learning and technology-based training.
• Work with the Systems Implementation Manager and Trust Training and Development leads to create credible training services.
• Assist in the management and supervision of training activities and training facilities.
