We have embarked on a programme to implement a single Electronic Patient Record (EPR) as part of the NHS digital health ongoing initiative across the Norfolk and Waveney Acute Hospital Collaborative (NWAHC). The collaborative is made up of three acute hospitals in Norfolk and Waveney;

• James Paget University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust (JPUH)
• Norfolk and Norwich University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust (NNUH)
• The Queen Elizabeth Hospital King's Lynn NHS Foundation Trust (QEH)

The purpose of this post is to provide accurate benefits related information data as required to meet the needs of the Norfolk and Waveney Acute Hospital Collaborative’s (NWAHC’s) EPR Programme.

This role will ensure the benefits identified within the Business Case are fully realised as well as identifying further benefits due to the ongoing transformation of services across the Collaborative.

As the Benefits Analyst you will support the Benefits Lead and EPR Transformation and Adoption Manager in the delivery, monitoring and reporting of EPR associated benefits. You will be crucial to our benefits realisation by capturing and analysing identified benefits, whilst working closely with both the wider EPR and Change teams to identify new benefits of implementing a shared EPR across the NWAHC

The post holder will extract and manipulate data from systems so that analysis and monitoring of benefits can be managed. The post holder will also work independently to provide information required to achieve objectives and is responsible for providing benefits analysis and reporting to the EPR Programme and/or internal departments across the three Trusts, and external organisations as required.
