Dartford and Gravesham NHS Trust is seeking a motivated nurse to join the epilepsy service on a part-time basis. The role involves delivering patient-centred epilepsy care, supporting patients through diagnosis and treatment pathways, and working within a multidisciplinary team in an acute hospital setting.

Qualifications

• NMC registered nurse with current practice,
• Evidence of clinical assessment skills and safe nursing care.
• Experience in epilepsy care or neurology is desirable.

Responsabilités

• Carry out nurse-led clinics alongside Neurologists.
• Assess patient needs and plan/implement specialist care.
• Signpost to supporting services and coordinate MDT input.
• Participate in research, audits and network meetings.
• Educate medical and nursing staff to improve care quality.
