Job summary

FORDS Packaging Systems is seeking a Customer Experience professional to act as an Epicor Systems Administrator within our Kempston site. You will support commercial, aftersales and service activities, handling customer enquiries and coordinating quotes and orders with the Epicor ERP system.

Ideal candidates will have extensive Epicor Kinetic experience, strong MS Office skills, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Experience using Epicor Kinetic in a busy commercial/aftersales setting.
• Proven administrative experience in a commercial environment.
• Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce an advantage).
• Strong Microsoft Office skills and commercial acumen.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support across the Customer Experience function.
• Direct customer support via telephone and email from initial contact to proposals.
• Prepare accurate quotations for spare parts, refurbishments and equipment.
• Ensure availability of critical spare parts with the Service team.
• Process orders and inquiries using Epicor ERP and issue related documents.
• Support logistics with shipping, import/export control.
