Job summary

Harvey Nash is seeking an Application Support Analyst (and Senior) to support and enhance our Epicor Kinetic ERP platform and related business applications in a hybrid UK environment. You will resolve issues, implement system improvements, and support ERP transformation initiatives within the ERP team.

You will provide 2nd/3rd line support, participate in upgrades, gather requirements, and create documentation while collaborating with users and third-party suppliers.

Qualifications

• Experience as an Application Support Analyst or Senior Application Support Analyst.
• Experience supporting ERP systems, ideally Epicor Kinetic.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working with business users and managing stakeholder relationships.
• Understanding of incident management processes.

Responsibilities

• Providing 2nd and 3rd line support for Epicor Kinetic and associated business applications.
• Investigating, troubleshooting, and resolving system and application issues.
• Managing incidents, service requests, and support tickets in line with agreed service levels.
• Supporting system upgrades, testing, configuration changes, and new functionality releases.
• Working with stakeholders to gather requirements and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Creating and maintaining user guides, technical documentation, and knowledge articles.
• Supporting user training and adoption of business systems.
• Collaborating with internal teams and third-party suppliers to resolve complex issues and deliver enhancements.
