Job summary

Chapman Tate Associates is seeking an experienced Epicor ERP Consultant to join a growing organisation in the United Kingdom. This hands-on, client-facing role involves working with manufacturing, distribution and supply chain teams to deliver ERP solutions and maximise Epicor value.

You will lead functional delivery across implementations, upgrades and optimisations, gather requirements, configure Epicor, support go-lives and train users, while partnering with senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Epicor ERP experience across projects.
• Experience in manufacturing, distribution or supply chain environments.
• Experience with Epicor implementations, configuration or optimisation.
• Strong understanding of operational business processes.
• Excellent analytical, communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Able to collaborate with operational teams and senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Gather requirements and translate business needs into Epicor solutions.
• Map and improve manufacturing, distribution and supply chain processes.
• Configure and support Epicor ERP functionality.
• Support implementations, upgrades, testing and go-live activities.
• Troubleshoot complex functional issues.
• Collaborate with technical teams on integrations and enhancements.
• Provide user training and knowledge transfer.
